Each neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro has its favorite Carnival Street Party. There are more than 300 of them in Rio today, and every year that number increases of people. Each street party, also called block, has its place or street for its parade and the larger ones usually close the streets for traffic until Ash Wednesday.

Recognizing that online is the new way of watching movies, news, and television series, the No Strings Attached E-News (NSAEN) team wanted to reach out and create a new movement in the world of film, movie and independent film with a concept that recognizes the new media professionals who demonstrate exceptional achievement in craft and creativity and produce fresh standout entertainment. The NSAEN Film Festival is inviting new filmmakers and film professionals from around the world to submit entries in this exceptional online film festival beginning July 1, 2018.
