Lesandro Guzmán: su muerte despierta a la comunidad de El Bronx

El condado de El Bronx, en la ciudad de Nueva York, presenció uno de los asesinatos más fuertes hacía un joven de la comunidad. La semana pasada, Lesandro Guzmán, o ‘Junior’ como lo conocían, fue apuñalado mortalmente por 8 presuntos pandilleros. El brutal asesinato fue grabado por varios vecinos en el lugar de los hechos.
Desde ese momento, la comunidad unió sus fuerzas para apoyar a la madre del fallecido, Leandra Feliz, a sus amigos y cercanos. Con un altar hecho por todos los residentes al frente del sitio donde ‘Junior’ fue atacado, la comunidad ha mostrado su dolor y compasión hacia su familia. Cientos de velas, mensajes y un velorio donde asistieron una multitud de personas para honrar su vida. De Blasio, considera el hecho como “una terrible tragedia.
Los sospechosos ya han sido acusados y se piensa que el joven fue embestido por error.

NEW YORK, Feb. 13, 2018 –The New York Times has announced that its annual Travel Show reached a new record of 32,398 participants—the highest attendance in the Show’s history.
