New York Times Travel Show 2017 Opens Friday, Jan 27 at Javits Center

The largest and longest-running trade and consumer travel show in North America, the New York Times Travel Show features the Travel Industry Conference, Consumer Seminars, and an interactive Exhibition including more than 500 exhibitors from Africa, Asia, Australia/South Pacific, Canada, the Caribbean, Europe, Latin America, Mexico and the United States.  In addition to discounts and special offers, the show provides educational seminars and live entertainment for families, individuals, couples and seniors.
The 2017 Travel Show kicks off Friday, Jan. 27 with Trade Day, open to travel professionals only. Saturday and Sunday are open to all.

DATE & TIME:

  • Friday, Jan. 27, Trade Day: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. (Exhibition Hall opens at 2pm ET)
  • Saturday, Jan. 28: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, Jan. 29: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

LOCATION: 

Jacob Javits Convention Center–11th Avenue and 34th Street

Upon arrival at the Javits Center, please pick up your press badge at the Press Check-In counter, located on the Crystal Palace on the upper level of the Javits Center.  The press desk will be open for registration and to meet press needs throughout the show. (Please note that lunch is included as part of admission for paying attendees only.)

Recognizing that online is the new way of watching movies, news, and television series, the No Strings Attached E-News (NSAEN) team wanted to reach out and create a new movement in the world of film, movie and independent film with a concept that recognizes the new media professionals who demonstrate exceptional achievement in craft and creativity and produce fresh standout entertainment. The NSAEN Film Festival is inviting new filmmakers and film professionals from around the world to submit entries in this exceptional online film festival beginning July 1, 2018.

In an era where opportunity for emerging artists is threatened on several fronts, NSAEN seeks to draw attention to independent filmmakers in several forms and genres. Entries are divided into the following categories:
