C-CAP, a national nonprofit co-chaired by chef, author and restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson, and founded by culinary educator Richard Grausman, will host its 30TH Anniversary Benefit on Tuesday, February 25 at Pier Sixty – Chelsea Piers, New York City.

Janice Huff, (WNBC Chief Meteorologist) will emcee the evening chaired by Tim Zagat, Co-Founder of Zagat. This year’s honorees include Richard Grausman, C-CAP’s Founder and Chair Emeritus and Chef Sarabeth Levine, world-renowned Baker and Restaurant Owner.
